A sneak peak into what it looks like to attend one of my classes.

BREATH · BODY · MOVEMENT

Every session I teach begins with a meditation practice or breath-work exercise, followed by a beginner friendly yoga asana flow, and ends with savasana. Each session will utilize the ‘breath-body-movement’ cueing sequence, leading you through the flow with confidence and ease.
