For a long time, I felt stuck. I felt like I was living the life I was ‘supposed to live,’ but I wasn’t happy. Where I was living, the projects I was working on, and the little free time I had to dedicate to my passions and personal growth - none of it felt aligned with the vision I had for myself. And, in 2021, I finally decided to act on my intuition to re-invest in myself.

Throughout this incredible life journey, I’ve lived in and traveled to 24 countries, I’ve worked on some amazing projects with positive social impact at the forefront, became a certified coach and yoga instructor, learned a second language, and built a successful online business.

Self-development and wellness have always been priorities in my life and my interest has only grown stronger throughout the past few years. I have read over 40 self-development books, attended many workshops and classes related to well-being, and have worked with multiple therapists, coaches, and mentors of my own. After learning so many incredible lessons, I wanted to share the knowledge I’ve gained with as many people as possible.
